Blair Nichole Otten

Blair Nichole Otten, the daughter of Jacob David Otten and Alyssa Jo Wahlert, was born and died May 12, 2008, at Methodist Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska.
Blair was baptized by the Holy Spirit. She was a prepatory member of the First United Methodist Church in Audubon, Iowa.
Preceding her in death were her brother: David Skyler Otten; her great-grandparents: Dayle Wahlert, Ardyth Wahlert, Thomas Campbell, Sr., Melvin and Opal Austad; her great-great-grandparents; her great uncle: Darwyn Wahlert her great aunt Melody Malone.

Cemetery:
Interment will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery in Audubon.

Visitation:
The family will meet friends Friday from 2:00 P.M. until the time of the service at the First United Methodist Church.

Service:
Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Dwayne L. Ferguson on Friday, May 16, 2008 at 3:00 P.M. at the First United Methodist Church in Audubon.
