David Lionel Knox, 59, of Smyrna, Delaware, and formerly of Casey, Iowa, passed away Friday, December 9, 2016, at his home in Smyrna.

David's family strongly request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to www.cadasilfoundation.org in his memory.

A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 14, 2016, in the Oakwood Cemetery in Casey, Iowa.
