Gene Ficken

Gene Ficken, 67, of Dillon, Montana, (formerly of Adair, Iowa) went home to be with Jesus, February 20, 2008, in Dillon.

Nylan Gene Ficken was born on April 11, 1940, in Redfield, Iowa, the son of Joseph and Gladys (Ward) Ficken.

Gene was a gifted mechanic and Christian friend.

He is survived by his brother, John and his wife, Gretchen of West Allis, Wisconsin; nephews; and cousins.

Funeral services will be held, 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 29, 2008, at the Hockenberry Funeral Home in Adair, Iowa.

A private family burial will take place following the funeral service at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Adair, Iowa.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the funeral home on Friday.

Hockenberry Funeral Home in Adair is in charge of the arrangements.
