Harley Dean Hollingsworth

Harley Dean Hollingsworth, the infant son of David and Kourtney Hinners Hollingsworth was born November 21, 2011, at the Methodist Women’s Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska and died November 21, 2011 at the Methodist Women’s Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska. Preceding him in death was his great grandparents: Linda Nelson, Dean Niel, Janice Hinners, and Jackie Stephenson. Harley is survived by his parents: David and Kourtney Hollingsworth of Brayton, Iowa; his brother: Jordan Hollingsworth of Brayton; his grandparents: David Hollingsworth of Omaha, Nebraska; Sherly Sims of Des Moines, Iowa; Kevin and Jean Hinners of Exira, Iowa; his great grandparents: Dale and Marge Nelson of Elk Horn, Iowa; Marlene Niel of Omaha; Larry and Della Hinners of Manning, Iowa; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Cemetery:
Interment will be in the Elk Horn Lutheran Cemetery in Elk Horn, Iowa.

Service:
The family will have private services at a later date.
