Jeffrey Campbell

Jeffrey Lynn Campbell, 51, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, and formerly of Lewis, Iowa, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2015, at his residence in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Jeff was born August 14, 1964, in Atlantic, Iowa, to Larry Eugene and Karen Sue (Syvertsen) Campbell. He grew up in Lewis and graduated from Griswold High School in 1982. He had worked as a welder at Omaha Standard for 18 years.

He was an avid Green Bay Packers and Nebraska Cornhuskers fan. He enjoyed fishing and visiting with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and his aunts, Linda Syvertsen and Carol Rogers.

Jeff is survived by a son, Derrick; his parents, Larry and Sue Campbell of Lewis, IA; brother, Kelly (Clarion) Campbell of Lewis, IA; aunts and uncles, Joan (Gerald) Houser of Griswold, IA, Jim Syvertsen of Atlantic, IA and Keith Campbell of Wimberley, TX; a niece, Tami Campbell of Iowa City, IA; and cousins and other relatives.

Visitation with family will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, October 30, 2015, at Hockenberry Family Care in Atlantic, IA.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 31, 2015, at the United Congregational Methodist Church in Lewis, IA.

Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Lewis, IA.

Memorials are preferred to family's wishes.
