Kenneth Kelly, age 58, of Atlantic, IA, died on Friday, July 12, 2024, at Cass County Memorial Hospital in Atlantic. He was born the son of Lawrence and Doris (DeJong) Kelly on December 10, 1965, near Grand Rapids, MI.
Kenneth was a roofing contractor in Atlantic for many years as 5 Star Roofing, Inc. He was united in marriage to Kristine Olson. He loved his family, his country, his Lord and Christian music. He was always helping people with anything they might need. In his spare time, he enjoyed going to Christian concerts, going out to eat and going for a long drive with his music blaring loudly.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Kelly. Survivors include his wife, Kristine of Atlantic, IA; son, Kenneth Kelly of Glenwood, IA; daughters, Laura Smith of Council Bluffs, IA, Angela Kelly of Colorado, Christina Holaday of Council Bluffs, IA; and Kara Kelly of Primghar, IA.
The Kelly family will be hosting a Celebration of Life service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at the First Church of Christ in Atlantic, followed by a luncheon at the church.
