Loraine Anshutz

Loraine Mariam Anshutz, 80, formerly of Casey, Iowa, passed away Friday, July 7, 2017, at Atlantic Specialty Care in Atlantic, Iowa.

She was born in Guthrie County, Iowa, on November 27, 1936, the daughter of Lee and Laura (Carmicheal) Leeper.

Loraine is survived by her four children, Nadine Bender of Casey, IA, Jinger (Bill) Nelson of Atlantic, IA, Randy (Linda) Boblett of Casey, IA, and Penny (Pete) Cobb of Huntersville, N.C; daughter-in-law, Madeline Boblett of Coon Rapids, IA; 21 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren with more on the way; one sister, Lena Madesen of Indianola, IA; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Johnnie Boblett and George Anshutz; her parents, Lee and Laura Leeper; her son, DeWayne Boblett; eleven brothers and sisters.

Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, July 13, 2017, in the Dalmanutha Cemetery north of Adair, IA.
