Rose Brokman

Rose Marie Brokman passed away at Cass County Memorial Hospital on Thursday, August 4, 2016, at the age of 60 years, 10 months, and 16 days.

Rose was born to Richard and Doris (Anderson) Middleton on September 18, 1955, in Ogden, Utah.

For many years she worked as a cook at the local Eagles Lodge where she gained numerous friends, many of which are thought of as family.

Rose is survived by her children, Sonya M. Mills of Bellevue, Nebraska, Rachel Larson and her husband, Jason, of Atlantic, Iowa; and her grandchildren, Cameron, Landon, and Ella.

Rose is also survived by her longtime love, Mark Foss of Grant, Iowa; her brothers, Tom Middleton and his wife, Carrol, and their 3 kids, Louie Middleton and his wife, Mary, and their 7 kids; her sisters, Doris and her 4 kids and Florence; her sister in law, Helen, and her 10 kids, all from Utah; her nieces and nephews, Kyle Middleton, Karla Stice, and her husband, Tony, all of Urbandale, Iowa, Ron Jr.(Sharron), John, and Michelle (Charles).

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Doris Middleton; her grandparents; her brothers, Ron and George; and her niece, Sherry.

A memorial service is being held for Rose on Wednesday, August 10, 2016, from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m., at the Fireside Lounge in Atlantic. We welcome everyone to come share their memories of Rose as we celebrate her life.

Rose had numerous friends, we would like to thank them for their love and support during this time.
